Simple recipe. A light and mildly spicy twist on hamburgers.
1 pkg ground turkey.
1 small red onion finely diced
1" fresh ginger minced fine
1 Tbsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
Mix and form into patties. Grill.
Top with plain yogurt and mango chutney.
Serve with grilled mango.
